Exchange Policy

You can exchange your purchase in case you change your mind or have bought the incorrect size under our exchange policy if ;

  • The product is within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed  with all the tags attached. ( Items that are damaged, unhygienic, soiled or altered may not be accepted and your exchange will be rejected. )
  • The product was not purchased on discount , sale or exchange.
  • You supply the store receipt  or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Purchases made at the flagship store cannot be exchanged online. These exchanges can only be done by visiting the physical store 

Purchases made online through the Arienti website can be exchanged at the Flagship Store or Online Store.

Return the package to Arienti Online Store , 546, Galle Road, Colombo 03 | 0775621111 

Once we receive goods we will approve your exchange after inspections , our team will reach out to confirm the item you need in exchange. We don’t reserve any items for exchanges until after the garments are received and inspected. Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size, or an alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock.

 

IMPORTANT

  • Customer holds the liability of goods until they reach the given address. Therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to package & seal the goods. It is important that the package includes your name, address, contact number and the order number, both inside and outside the package. Arienti will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the unavailability of the sender's details. 
  • Please note that NO cash refunds are extended to customers for any item exchanges. 
  • Please note that delivery charges are applicable to all deliveries of exchange goods.
  • Duties , Tariff / Taxes or any other custom charges of  the receiving country will be applicable to the exchange order as well. 
  • All Local exchanges will take up to 8 Business & International up to 15 business days from the date of return to accommodate  inspection time, product processing and courier delivery time. Your patience & Understanding is much appreciated.  

 

FAULTY PRODUCTS - ONLINE

In an unlikely event where your items are damaged , faulty or not as described you are entitled to a one to one replacement or a refund.However the said concern should be raised to us within 3 days of receiving the item. In such a scenario we will collect the items from you free of charge.Once returned all products will undergo an inspection to clearly identify the fault before a resolution is provided.

Arienti  reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of:

  • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); 
  • Usual wear and tear following use of the product.
  • Has surpassed the 3 day period.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If your item was purchased in store please visit our flagship store for your faulty item to be assessed by one of our team members. You must supply the store receipt /invoice.
